Mmmmm….cold and juicy fruit.  Just what I wanted at the end of the day.  My body was craving something healthy and fresh, so I stopped at the local fruit market and picked up cut up fresh fruit: watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, kiwi, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple.  Boy was it good.  Chilled and  juicy, or did I say that already?  I am more inclined to eat fruit if it is already cut up for me, and I bet there are others like me as well.  For some reason it seems to taste better that way; when someone else cuts it and prepares it. After I do all the work it just doesn’t seem as good.  I know that is crazy, but that’s how I feel.  So on this beautiful sunny afternoon, after a good day of work, sinking my teeth into that juicy fruit was the best part of the day.  I highly recommend you try it too.  When you get those afternoon munchies, reach for the good sweets, fruit, not cookies or candy.  It will make you feel better and last longer too, physically and mentally!
